Relaxing into meditation and compiling this with yoga allows the body to unwind and release the tension which makes us stiff and tense and uneasy. *

A daily routine of deep stretching, followed by some yoga and finished up with 15 minutes of meditation is one fine way to start or end the day. In fact the routine you compile should be for both morning and evening.
